Thanks to the first-line workers and first responders the state is beginning to reopen. It is now time to return to the Treasure Valley we know and love. The Treasure Valley, the Idaho that uplifts, giving a hand up, not just a handout. Each year Miller’s Mission raises thousands of dollars for the Rescue Mission allowing them to help restore those most in need in our community.
WHAT: It’s time for the Spring edition of Miller’s Mission benefiting Boise Rescue Mission Ministries. This May, KIDO Talk Radio 107.5 FM & 580 AM’s Kevin Miller is asking the community to donate to make a difference in the lives of Treasure Valley families. Kevin Miller will be camping out at the Walmart in Nampa at Garrity and Franklin, hosting the KIDO Talk Radio Morning Show and collecting monetary donations, canned food, hand sanitizer, fresh produce, and other supplies.
WHO: Kevin Miller, morning show host on KIDO TALK RADIO 580 AM and 107.5 FM broadcasts, Monday – Saturday from 5 a.m. – 9 a.m., offers an experienced voice on local and national news, plus advocacy for community issues. For Miller, Radio is Community, and using his daily show to find solutions for the Treasure Valley community’s needs is always his mission.
WHEN and WHERE: From Monday, May 18th, to Saturday, May 23rd, 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Donations can be made at the Nampa Garrity Walmart store, where social distancing precautions will be in place, online at [BoiseRM.org](https://boiserm.org/), by calling 208-343-2389, or by going to any Rescue Mission facility.
