Boise Rescue Mission Ministries is looking for men and women who love Jesus and want to help give homeless men and women a safe and stable place to get a new start in life.
The Holiday Guest Registrar must hold to the doctrine and constitution/by-laws of the Mission. The Holiday Guest Registrar must be a regular attendee of a local church and be willing to sign and adhere to the Mission’s Statement of Faith.
JOB SUMMARY: This is a temporary part-time position, up to 30 hours per week from October 1, 2020 to December 22, 2020. The schedule is somewhat flexible but weekdays are preferred with occasional evening and weekend hours.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Help register families in the Treasure Valley community to attend the Mission’s annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Banquets in Boise and Nampa
Register guests to receive food boxes and Toys for Tots
Attend the Mission’s annual banquets in Boise and Nampa
Assist with data entry
Complete other tasks and responsibilities as necessary
General computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented, good organizational skills and able to prioritize
Operate a multi-line phone
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
Must pass a background check
