The Mission's newest facility's name, THE NEXT STEP, CURTIS ROAD: A TRANSITIONAL CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY, was chosen to symbolize the dawn of a new life for formerly homeless residents. Your gift today will provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for people transitioning out of homelessness into independent living.
With over 60 years of experience, Boise Rescue Mission Ministries serves more than half (65%) of the homeless individuals in Idaho.
After a crisis that results in homelessness, one of the biggest challenges to overcoming homelessness is finding housing while maintaining a supportive environment that increases the chances of success. Sometimes, before qualifying for housing, our guests need to establish a work history, develop a resume, earn money to pay off debts, clean up their credit history, or put money in savings.
Whatever the need, Boise Rescue Mission Ministries is working to provide the safe, supportive environment needed to help each person accomplish their goals and get back on their feet.
